Good imagery wins the presentation. A named series, sealed sample and TDS protect the handover.
Write the performance into the specification
R10, water absorption at 0.5% or less, V2/V3 shade grading and EN 14411 / ISO 13006. The TDS is attached to the quote, not promised after the deposit.
Seal the visual decision physically
You approve physical cut pieces before production. Shade is verified by spectrophotometer against the sealed sample, not against a screen render.
Protect the design from substitution
Specify series name, shade and sealed sample together. Any substitute shows up in the caliper, gloss and shade check against the approved set.
