The brief.
The design intent was warm and stone-like, but the real brief was housekeeping: daily chemical cleaning, high humidity, and a slip rating that held up in wet guest bathrooms and the pool deck approach.
What we supplied.
Travertine vein-cut look for the lobby and bathrooms, Urban Elements for the F&B floor where impact and stain resistance mattered. All body matt R10, with slip data supplied per space before the spec was signed.

The outcome.
One maintenance protocol across the whole property. The operator re-ordered two series for a later wing without changing shade, size or finish.
