01. How do samples work? Free?
Samples are free. Freight is collect and not refunded. The sample fee is refunded against your first order. Boxes ship in 2-7 days.
02. What is the MOQ?
Stock lines have no MOQ. Reorder by the carton. Custom colours and sizes start at 1 FCL.
03. How long is the lead time?
Stock ships in 7 days. Custom runs take 25 working days from the deposit payment. Shade is confirmed first, then the clock starts. Phased delivery is planned per project.
04. How do we pay?
T/T is standard: deposit with order, balance against loading photos and documents. Terms per order are confirmed in the proforma invoice.
05. Which trade terms do you quote?
FOB Foshan is the default. CIF to your port, or EXW, on request. Both FCL and LCL are available.
